We've taken off for our next campsite. This is the part of the week where they had predicted thundershowers and snow. The horsemen had checked the weather a few days after I did and said the current forecast was for snow. The collapsed crater of an old volcano can be seen on the left.

A beautiful look at the trail as it meanders through the woods.

A distant lake across the valley. The clouds look ominous and the wind is really starting to kick up. Will our adventurers reach the next pass and make camp before all hell breaks loose? We really need to get over the next mountain ridge and down lower before any lighting activity kicks up. Dave has begun to fall behind again and Andra and I are keeping up a stiff pace to remain warm.
